- The installed transport requires canonical policy authorization and applicable admission. This code registration does not enable public use or establish account entitlement, credits, guest sponsorship, or voice-output rights.
- Only explicit bulbul:v3 with speaker shubh, language en-IN, and 24 kHz mono PCM WAV is installed. Bulbul v4 Flash is documented as newer but is outside this adapter's contract.
- Requests and decoded audio are bounded to 1,000 input characters, 2 MiB of audio, and 20 seconds, with no retry, model fallback, discovery, or cloning call.
- Audio is decoded from one base64 JSON result. Timing describes complete audio availability at the ONE server, not provider streaming time to first audio.
- Provider-documented Bulbul v3 PAYG pricing is INR 3 per 1,000 characters. Account balance, effective plan, actual billing and exact Unicode metering are unverified; no USD conversion is asserted.
- Startup credit amount, currency and expiry require account-specific evidence. Published program credits expire at the program term and require Powered by Sarvam branding; standard paid-credit nonexpiry does not establish program nonexpiry.
